I'm country enough to survive if I know where the nearest country store is that sells Dr. Pepper and chicken livers to go!

I do still have a small propane burner and old style coffee pot I used to take deer hunting years ago.
My brother-in-law at the time would go hunting with me and always got a charge out of coming back to the truck and drinking fresh made coffee and eating Honey Buns my wife would get for us.
That was a brunch on the tail gate we always enjoyed on a frosty November morning.
He is now my Ex BIL and my wife is gone. I am a bit too gimped up still to deer hunt but my exBIL still talks like he would love to do it again.
I might dig out the old coffee pot, find a place to deer hunt with a country store nearby that sells chicken livers, and get him here to go once again next year.
Life is wonderful if you enjoy the little things you take for granted!
